Warm chichen & potato salad

Pan fried chicken
Left over boiled potatoes in cubes
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Sweet corn
Sunflower seeds
Cheese
Avocado

Toss all the above ingredients together & drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.

peel, chop & boil until it gets soft with enough water that it will have a "soupy" consistency, rather than a "mashy" one

add salt, pepper, butter and herbs to your liking

serve & eat!

Ingredients from my ecological basket of F&V from Finca Tres Peñas

Chickpeas with chorizo

Onion
Chorizo
Chickpeas
Potatoes

Peel & chop the onion finely
Fry until golden
Add chopped chorizo

Peel & boil the potatoes
Add the cooked peas
Drain and add to the pan with the fried onion & the chorizo
Stir

Serve & eat... enjoy!

Chicken with cashew nuts and carrot purée

Chicken
Cashew nuts
Carrots... so far so good
Onions
Courgette
Potato
Olive oil
Salt
Herbs
Butter


Peal & chop all the veggies
Boil them all, except for the onions
Fry the onions in a pan with olive oil -I used my own chilli infused one
Add the diced chicken and the cashew nuts until golden
Mash the veggies when done & season to taste with your favourite herbs
Add some butter for flavour too :-)

Serve and enjoy!

Panga with potatoes

Panga
Potatoes
Courgettes
Salt & pepper
Lime

Cut the panga into cubes, marinate in lime
Salt & pepper
Fry the courgettes in a pan & add the panga
Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks & boil in salted water
Strain & add the fish

Bacon & Cabagge with starters & dessert + breakfast

Breakfast: Coffee and pecan pastry

Brown bread toast with pâté
Cheese and crackers
Glass of red wine
Bacon & Cabbage

Dessert: Strawberries & cream with lime juice
