Panga with potatoes

Panga
Potatoes
Courgettes
Salt & pepper
Lime

Cut the panga into cubes, marinate in lime
Salt & pepper
Fry the courgettes in a pan & add the panga
Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks & boil in salted water
Strain & add the fish
