Chunkie smoothie

I know, it sounds like a contradiction, but bear with me...

I have never been one for smoothies, I find them too heavy. Add more liquid I hear you say. I could, I guess. But it wouldn't be a smoothie anymore, it would be a more of a drink, wouldn't it?

Plus the blending & the cleaning of the blending equipment... oh, don't get me started!

So today I decided to have a chunkie smoothie instead:

Grab whatever fruit, dried fruit &/or nuts are at your disposal, peel them, chop them, etc. into a bowl, pour a yoghurt & honey to your  taste & enjoy.

Easy, healthy, quick & .... yummie for breakfast or dessert !!!!

Green pasta

And no, it's not mixing green pesto with pasta, although you can also do that, of course.

They normally say a salad should have ingridients with 5 different colours. This recepy doesn't have them. Then again, it's not a salad either.

Ingredients:
  • Pasta of your choice, in this instance: fusili
  • Meet of your choice, in this instance: stir-fried beef
  • Broccoli
  • Green beens
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber

Then again, it has 4 different shades of green & all the ingredients have very different shapes and textures.
It tasted very nice indeed!
